You are hereby licensed to use Easy Logon for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days or less. If you use Easy Logon after the 30 day evaluation period registration is required. Please refer to the Ordering Information section section in the online help for information on prices, discounts and methods of payment. Unregistered use of Easy Logon after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of Belgian and international laws. Distribution Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Unregistered Version (select About from Easy Logon entry in the Control Panel) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of Easy Logon and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. Your use of Easy Logon indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. Single-User License One registered copy of Easy Logon may either be used by a single person who uses Easy Logon personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of Easy Logon through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access Easy Logon on the network, each workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether they use Easy Logon at different times or concurrently. Site License A site license allows anyone in the organization making the purchase, within a 160 km (100 mile) radius to use Easy Logon. This includes people from that organization location who are travelling but it does not include people with locations outside of the 160 km radius. World-Wide License A world-wide license allows anyone in the organization making the purchase to use Easy Logon. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Belgium. Disclaimer of Warranty Easy Logon and the accompanying files are sold as is and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. In particular, there is no warranty regarding the security of automated logons. Automatic logon may be against your company security policy, if unsure please check with your local system administrator. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Easy Logon may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.
